    Importance of Education

The impact which education has on the human society is very immense. We can say that until and unless a person does not have an education he is not in the proper sense. Those who have an education have the ability to make the right decisions because of the fact that their minds have been trained to do so. Once man is educated, he turns into an animal which is rational. It is impossible to obtain information and knowledge and then spread it all over the world without education. A person who is not educated can not either read or write, and because of this he has no access to books and various other mediums of education.

As a result of this restriction, he can not be privy to all the wisdom and knowledge which would otherwise have been available to him if he had been educated. It can be said that a uneducated person is completely shut off from the world which is outside. As compared to a person who is not educated, an educated person can be said to be living in a room which has all its windows open to give access to the world which is outside.

The quality of a nation with respect to the human resource it has can be judged very easily by finding out how many people in the nation are literate. If a nation wants to develop and grow, and to sustain all that growth and development, it has to get all the people of the nation educated.
