There are a number of different disciplines which are drawn on by teachers in the tradition of liberal education. These include philosophy, biology, information technology, sociology, linguistics, and psychology. Because of this reason there are a lot of institutes such as libraries and museums which are subsidized by the society. Other things which are included in the sphere of informal education are the skills and knowledge which is obtained and also refined when the person is in the course of his life. This type of education also comes from the experience one gains while he is in the act of practicing a profession.
